The reservation is held for a maximum of 10 days from the booking date and it is confirmed upon receipt of the bank transfer.

The deposit is calculated as 30% of the total amount; you are kindly invited to round up the amount to make the payment process easier.

Failure to receive the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge, with full refund of the deposit, up to:
* 30 days before check-in for CASA MATILDA
* 60 days before check-in for RESIDENZA DOMO and PORTO BELLO

The balance must be paid at check-in in cash or by bank transfer (for Casa Matilda and Portobello only, payment by POS/card is also accepted).
